We met Erin at an open house in DC - she was very knowledgeable about the area and market as she had lived and worked in the neighborhoods we were interested in. We took down her info and contacted her later on for some private showings. She was communicative and professional, and never pushy during this process, and made herself available on pretty short notice in some cases.
